The flanged cleanout with threaded barrel and clamping collar allows for height adjustment.  Manufactured and assembled in the USA by Plastic Oddities, “Friend of the Plumber”.  The cleanout includes a plastic recessed head cleanout plug inside.  Threaded brass inserts for attaching clamping collar and cover.
