New Design-Toilet Flange - 3" x 4" Pipe Fit

Introducing the NEW and improved 3" x 4" Plastic Closet Flange! Manufactured in the USA by Plastic Oddities, “Friend of the Plumber”.  This flange fits - over 3" pipe or inside 4" pipe. It is made with two adjustable mounting slots to allow precise alignment radially, and two additional notches to allow for adjustments horizontally of the toilet.  It has eight countersunk holes for secure attachment to floor.  Quality Plastic Oddities parts – since 1975.
